1. What HealthFit currently provides
HealthFit.ai provides a public marketing and research experience, interactive product demonstrations, account registration and sign-in, protected administrative controls, and launch-pricing information. Demonstrations use sample data and are not yet a persisted personal health plan, paid subscription, coach relationship, or medical record.
2. Wellness—not medical care
HealthFit is intended for general wellness and behavior-change support. It does not diagnose, treat, monitor, prescribe, or provide emergency care. Do not rely on the website, an account, or demonstrations as a substitute for a qualified clinician.
Contact local emergency services or an appropriate qualified professional. HealthFit does not monitor accounts, messages, or health signals for emergencies.
3. Eligibility
The current account release is for adults aged 18 and above. It is not designed for minors. Create an account only for yourself unless an authorized organization workflow explicitly permits otherwise.
4. Accounts and security
You are responsible for using accurate account information, protecting your password and devices, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Email verification may be required. HealthFit may suspend an account to protect people, investigate abuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. Administrator access requires an explicitly assigned role and may require stronger authentication before production use.
5. Demonstration content
Scores, client names, workout progress, trend data, coach messages, and recommendations are fictional examples. You may interact with them to understand the product direction, but those actions do not persist as a real plan or message.
6. Pricing and features
Displayed prices describe intended plans but the current site does not activate billing or create a charge. Features identified as planned, demonstration, or sample may change or may not launch. A paid commitment must use a separate checkout and clearly present price, renewal, cancellation, and entitlement terms before payment.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, privilege escalation, disruption, malicious-code delivery, harmful-volume scraping, or security testing without written authorization.
- Do not use HealthFit to provide emergency, diagnostic, deceptive, or unlawful services.
- Do not upload infringing, abusive, malicious, or unnecessary sensitive information.
8. Administration and content
Authorized administrators may manage accounts, roles, account status, editorial records, and allowlisted platform settings. Privileged actions are audited. Administrators must use the least access necessary and must not use the portal to inspect or change information without a valid operational purpose.
9. Availability and changes
HealthFit may be changed, paused, or withdrawn. The service will not present a failed demonstration action as a completed real-world action. Material Terms and privacy changes require versioning and appropriate notice.
